The house has three rooms, built in 1920, next to the "La Caridad" Theater, located 150 meters from the historic center of the city. The rooms are air-conditioned, hot and cold water 24 hours, large interior patio, bar and terraces from where you can enjoy views of the entire historic center and the Caribbean Sea.
