The recovery of green spaces as an element of the urban landscape, the growth of environmental education projects, the development of sustainable urban agriculture, and the rise of organic gastronomy contribute a renewed and appreciable value to environmental work in the Cuban capital, which allows its insertion in the world trend to ensure the sustainable character of development ,and the quality of food. 
 
 Includes visit to the Quinta de los Molinos and areas of the Metropolitan Park, as well as a farm and organoponico (urban ecological farming system originating in Cuba) and lunch in a themed restaurant.
