 Emerged as a polycentric city ,and with an urban layout defined by its character as a port of call, Old Havana preserves a valuable architecture that draws on almost five centuries and includes representative exponents of its different construction periods. 
 
 The tour presents the urban image of the Historic Center to identify the presence of various styles, the harmonious dialogue between buildings of republican architecture with its colonial precedent ,and a compact urban fabric with semi-regular blocks and narrow streets.
