Experience in La Lima, from Trinidad

Upon arrival at the farm, you will be welcomed with a cocktail reception. While you enjoy the cocktail a person will be in charge of giving you an explanation of what is on offer and the work that is carried out on the farm.
Then we will go to the cowshed where they have cows and goats ready for milking. The milk obtained is used to make cheese in the traditional way.
Explanation about the increase of coffee cultivation in the farm, roasting, pilado and brewing process.
Enjoy the coffee while you will be offered lunch options: charcoal ribs, grilled chicken, grilled fish, ‘ruedas de sierra’, goat or lamb ‘chilindrón’, ‘ropa vieja’, smoked pork loin. All the main dishes will be accompanied by rice, fresh vegetable salad, small surprises from the country kitchen and typical homemade desserts.
At the end of the day we will go on an excursion to the waterfall and the river pools with the option of swimming.
The hike will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
There is the possibility of horseback riding for an additional price at the destination.
On the way back you will enjoy lunch and a tasting of the cheese that was made earlier.
At the place you will have the opportunity to play dominoes, relax in hammocks and armchairs, read and enjoy the services of the bar with cocktails.
Return to Trinidad.
