E Don Florencio

Florencio Méndez was an enriched from Spiritus in the first two decades of the 20th century. Due to the economic and social level that he had reached, he had his house rebuilt for which he hired the services of the master builder Rafael Valero, to whom he communicated his desire for it to be something "majestic and unrepeatable." The result of that investment is the current building, recently rebuilt and which houses in one of its wings the store La Fradamientos "and the Masonic Lodge Sancti Spíritus" and in the other the current Hotel Encanto Don Florencio, an eclectic building with two levels, with rooms spacious and comfortable.
