The Office of the Historian of the city of Havana, as the local authority for heritage management and coordinating entity of the process of integral rehabilitation of the territory by state will, successfully conducts the rescue and rehabilitation of heritage, while developing a careful social work in favor of the local population. This tour allows a unique approach to the management model based on self-financing, the principles that support responsible tourism development in the territory, the presentation of social assistance centers and institutions, and a visit to the Melchor Gaspar de Restauración Workshop school.
