Located in the historic center of Trinidad (World Heritage Site by UNESCO), a few steps from the Plaza Mayor around which are, among others, the Cathedral, the Museum of Trinitarian Architecture and the Municipal Historical Museum, called " Romantic Museum".
The renovations of the "Villa" allow us to appreciate the details and materials used in the construction of the houses in Trinidad in the first decades of the 19th century: tiles, elaborate wooden bars and dark windows, due to its characteristics and architectural values the property is included in the Book “Trinidad a Gift from Heaven”.
